A simple battery replacement chassis for the Hornby No. 1 also known as 101 clockwork chassis, complete with forward and reverse and off switch, wheels, motor, gears, coupling, connecting, piston rods and internal weights. It requires batteries, glue and paint to complete and comes with good clear instructions to build. It is also suitable for fitting to your own loco body.
Two kits are available: one for the tank engine and the other for the tender engine, they are the same but have different extra weights. The tank engine weights are supplied as standard and that for the tender needs to be requested. Thanks.
